This is a public, informational website. We collect only the information you choose to send us, such as when you email dispatch or the business office or call us by phone. We do not sell your information.
How we use it
Information you provide is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to coordinate pilotage services. If you apply to the Deputy Marine Pilot Training Program, the information and documents you submit are used only to evaluate your application and are kept for up to one year, as the application form explains. Because email cannot be guaranteed secure, we discourage sending confidential or sensitive information by email.
